Canceling renewal
Canceling a subscription stops the next renewal. Access during a paid period and monetary refunds are handled separately; canceling renewal does not automatically refund services already delivered.

Undelivered work and refunds
Credits for undelivered AI results are restored. Monetary refunds follow the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law. Correcting a service error does not incur the same task fee again. Restoring credits and reversing a payment are separate actions.
Files and service access
A webpage you download is a separate copy you hold. Ending service access or changing saved information does not remotely delete that file.
