A SIMPLE PLACE TO START
Start with a conversation.
1. Tell us what you want to do
You do not need a finished plan. Start in one conversation and add materials such as a resume or introduction.
2. Clarify what matters to you
Start with common facts you have allowed, then add what this goal needs. Review the reasons for a fit and differences to check.
3. Choose what happens next
Publishing a site and joining matching are separate choices. Personal introductions require mutual consent. You can change or pause your criteria.
YOU STAY IN CONTROL
Your information. Your choices.
- Publishing a website and joining matching are separate choices.
- Personal introductions and contact sharing require mutual consent.
- Serious relationships stay in a separate personal space, apart from work and employer information.
Before you start
Can I use the same account for relationship matching?
Yes. Choose the separate personal space within your account. Work and relationship goals stay apart. You decide whether to join relationship matching and which information it can use.
Will matching continue if there is no fit today?
Yes. Active criteria and valid permissions remain the basis for finding new fits. You can update, pause or close the need. An insufficient recommendation report does not use credits, and background discovery does not trigger automatic overage charges. Candidate availability and connection outcomes are not guaranteed.
How are recommendation credits and success fees different?
You choose whether to use recommendation credits for a report with eligible recommendations and explained reasoning. Any success fee for a later outcome, such as a hire or transaction, is agreed separately with the payer and terms disclosed before an introduction. Browsing or consenting to an introduction alone is not a chargeable success.
