Senior FP&A Analyst (Power BI Focused)
Salary:
$125,000-$175,000 base + bonus

Senior FP&A Analyst Key Responsibilities:
• Own, design, and continuously enhance advanced Power BI dashboards and financial data models
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in partnership with leadership
• Analyze revenue, margins, and KPIs, delivering clear insights and recommendations
• Automate and streamline financial and management reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and business leaders
• Present financial insights to senior leadership with strong data storytelling

Senior FP&A Analyst Qualifications:
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analytics experience
• Advanced Power BI expertise required, including dashboard design, data modeling, and DAX
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
• Advanced Excel required; SQL or other data tools a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Ability to work 4 days per week in Boston
