Senior Financial Analyst
We are working with a trusted client of ours to find their next Senior Financial Analyst. The Senior Financial Analyst will be a strategic role that combines financial analysis, asset management, and business development support. This position plays a critical role in enhancing and protecting portfolio value through forward-looking financial analysis and modeling. This role is fully onsite in Rutherford County, TN.
Salary up to $100,000 + bonus
Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Perform pro forma calculations and financial modeling for covenant compliance
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Assist with asset management reporting and portfolio trend reviews
- Support internal audits and special projects as needed
Qualities of the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Yardi, Intaact, Workiva)
