SENIOR FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS ANALYST
Location: Dania Beach, FL
Schedule: Hybrid - Monday-Thursday In Office, Friday Work from Home
Salary: $90,000 - 115,000 + bonus

What the Senior Financial Analyst will do…
- Develop and maintain driver-based financial models for strategic planning and M&A support
- Lead components of the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and scenario planning
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of trends, variances, and KPIs to support strategic decisions
- Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards using tools like Power BI and SQL
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting and analytical efficiency
- Support board materials, investor communications, and strategic planning documents
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial teams, business development, and treasury
What the company needs in a Senior Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3-5 years of progressive FP&A experience, including financial modeling and forecasting
- Experience with M&A analysis, valuation methodologies, and strategic planning
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and ERP systems
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to executive audiences
- Strategic mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation
