Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage month-end close, general ledger, and financial reconciliations

Prepare and analyze financial statements, KPIs, and performance metrics

Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial modeling activities

Support internal audits, compliance, and financial controls
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and leadership

Mentor and guide junior accounting staff
-
Identify process improvements and help implement best practices
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)
-
2+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing / industrial environment
-
Strong GAAP / financial reporting knowledge
