People Success Manager
Location: Rochester, NY (Full time / Onsite)

About the Role
We’re seeking a People Success Manager to take ownership of the full HR lifecycle — from recruiting and onboarding to payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. This role is both strategic and hands-on, offering the opportunity to shape a positive employee experience across a global workforce while working closely with leadership to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent, partnering with managers to understand staffing needs.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain accurate HR records and oversee compliance requirements, audits, and reporting.
- Administer payroll and benefits while ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Serve as a trusted HR point of contact, advising employees on policies, benefits, and programs.
- Partner with leadership to develop HR policies, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
- Support finance by preparing and tracking accruals.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Prior experience in human resources, payroll, or talent acquisition.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/payroll systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a global or multi-site environment.
- Knowledge of compliance best practices and employee engagement strategies.
