Key Responsibilities
- Drive cost control, standard costing, and financial reporting for site performance
- Lead annual budget, forecasting, and month-end close
- Partner on investment strategy, CAPEX projects, and long-term planning
- Implement governance, process improvements, and financial tools
- Serve as strategic finance liaison across global, divisional, and site teams
Must-Have Experience
- 5+ years in cost and plant/operations finance within manufacturing
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (Sage 100, SAP a plus)
- Proven ability to lead financial performance and partner at executive level
