Title: Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
Location: Dania Beach, FL
Schedule: Hybrid - Monday-Thursday in office, Friday work from home
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 + Bonus

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models for strategic planning and M&A support.
- Lead key components of annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and scenario planning.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of trends, variances, and KPIs to guide strategic decisions.
- Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards using tools like Power BI and SQL.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Support board materials, investor communications, and strategic planning documents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial teams, business development, and treasury.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive FP&A experience, including financial modeling and forecasting.
- Experience with M&A analysis, valuation methodologies, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and ERP systems.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to executive audiences.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
